At Lavender Spa, we strive to ensure every guest enjoys a positive, relaxing, and satisfying experience. Please take a moment to review our policies below.

Kids Policy

• We love welcoming families, but for safety and to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, children under 5 must be supervised by a parent at all times. Please encourage them to remain seated and considerate of other guests.

 

Service Refunds

• All service sales are non-refundable once the treatment has been completed.

• If you are dissatisfied, please speak with us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
   

Packages & Gift Cards

• Packages, prepaid sessions, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Gift cards are available for purchase at our spa and can be redeemed for any services or products.
  
  To ensure your peace of mind, keep your gift cards secure, as lost or stolen cards are not replaceable.
  
  Treat yourself or a loved one to a special day  at Lavender Spa

Product Refunds

• Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days with a receipt.

• Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.
   

Cancellations

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, no fee will be charged.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
